Comments: Not to be "out-grandfathered" by the rest of this crowd - Dru and I just got back from the hospital and our first visit with new grandson, baby Reid [nmi] Murray. He is the pride of Dru's son Ken and wife Kristen. Six lbs & 8 ozs., 19 inches [22 inches in heels]. Mom & Dad must have paid extra for the ECO (Extra Cuteness Option). No pics yet since I had to loan them MY camera today since the frazzled father left his at home. All parties are doing fine. Nap time now for GRAMBO. [Note to Self: McGee's grandson couldn't hold baby Reid's jock-strap] [Note to Self: get Baby Reid a jock-strap]
Comments: Mr. McGee, your newest grandone is adorable. I bet you and SuSu are hoping for a granddaughter with the next one...I know I am come next Valentine's Day! SNL, our kids keep producing grandones at just about the same time...must be in the water! Happy Jack, where does Bruce sign up for the golf sponsorship? Sandy, is that what you meant by 'getting Bruce started'?? That'll work!
Comments: Jack - - A dream come true - - - Having my name written on your butt!!!!
Comments: That is what Sandy Joe McGee, butterfingers, pool guy and CFBFF needs is another nickname. If you think his shorts LOOKED loud, you should be there. They are loud in person!! Whistle doesn't do justice. It is more like SHOUT! Gee, I hope this post will not effect McGee's Pools sponsoring my foray into golf. It is alot less expensive when you have a sponsor buying the clubs, bag, shoes, balls, hats and shirts. I think I'll provide my own shorts and pants. Unless there is someone out there who wold like to provide them for me. Just like the big leagues, I'll put your name on them!
Comments: What a great name Linda, Whistle Britches....it has a nice ring to it! Does Clayton prefer the bottle or club...or one in each hand like his Grampa? He is precious ![]() Donna, what a wonderful thing you are doing for your great grand kids. The next time I loose my patience I will remember you and say a prayer.
Comments: Beautiful Ms. Barb, do not let Grandpa show those guys how to hit a golf ball. He hits a knocked down driver like Cold Cash Dagley.
Comments: Sandy, what a cutie Clayton is!!!!! I think grandkids are the best. Just love them and appreciate how much they love you unconditionally. We have had the chance to have 3 wonderful grandsons. One is now in our hearts and will never be forgotten. Thank God we have 2 beautiful boys with us now. Don and I feel so fortunate to have Aaron and Reed with us now. Spoil them as much as you want to and don't listen to the parents.
Comments: I told ya'll he was a real cutie! I think all 3 of those Grandones take after their grandpa. Yeah JAda, Donna & her dtr have legally adopted & are raising Donna's GREAT grand kids, which are her dtrs grand kids!! It's a big job for two ladies & probably overwhelming. But again, our class of SOCites have a heart bigger than Texas & they are doing the best they can. As many of you may know ( some may not) . . . Donna is not in very good health herself, but it didn't stop her from committing to help. God Bless these two ladies & help them take care of all those little ones!!
Comments: Mr. McGee, that grandson of yours, Clayton, is oh so cute.
Comments: Who would have thought all of those years ago that we would be talking grandchildren (and great-grands for Donna R?
Comments: Thanks for the compliments on Clayton. He's a cutie. Walks around in madras diapers carrying a putter. No. 4 grandson will be here in August. Lots of soccer and baseball games in the future.
Comments: Sue Sue and Sandy Joe, Clayton is a looker! What a wonderful addition to your family!
Comments: Whistle Britches -- what a handsome grandson you have. Does he own some madras shorts, too? I know you and SuSu are having fun with your newest grandone.
Comments: Thanks John for that posting. We thought the baggage handlers lifted that button on our flight back.
Comments: Recvd a cute Grandone pic today. Ck it out on the Pride & Joy pg!! If you missed the post abt photos taken at Martha Noah's hse . . . go to the Misc Photo Album pg to see them & read the story abt Victor & what some of our guys did for his Mom more than 30 years later. Good story!! |
