Comments: a, happy birthday, hope Sid and the guys treated you like royality. Toni and Bruce, can't believe that it has been 4 years since we all tuned in for your wedding. Sam, the prayers are there. Bovie, what is wrong with plain lemonade? Just finished my 3rd round of chemo....I'm a little behind Dane. I'll lay low for the next few days and then come out kicking.
Comments: Tired fingers? Yes. Stupid computer. When I start to type in the name box, a list drops down. I click on Happy Jack and hit tab to move to the location box. Type in 66er and tab to the message area and type. For some reason when I click post message, the H is the only thing that shows up. Don't ya just love Bovie's kerchief? He's setting the fashion for day laborers all over North Texas. Hope he got his two tacos for lunch (standard McGee lunch provided)
Comments: LOL LOL - Don you guys are funny! I just thought it was a shock to his system when he realized it was straight up lemonade!!
Comments: SNL - An anonymous source has suggested the real caption for that 3rd pic of Bovie: "Hey, Pool Guy - come & see what I almost stepped in!"
Comments: Sam - Please pass along well wishes to Marvin for me also. We lived across the street from each other in the old neighborhood when we were about 12 yrs old. I think he had an older sister, Jeannie (sp?), who use to try looking after one of the meanest kids on our block while his folks worked - a lost battle daily.
Comments: Finally, pics of Bovie when he's not all glamorous & wearing a silk shirt!
Comments: Thanks everyone for thinking of us....and yes, time really does fly! We spent a very quiet Saturday at home and dined at one of our favs, The Silver Fox, where the food/beverages are wonderful. Linda P, I am so thankful your daughter got outta there. Rick/"H", we've also ridden that ride at Disneyland. We loved it!! Congratulations, JD on the news of another grandone! Hope everyone has a great week. Little "a" ....happy belated birthday to my "young" sidekick! Yuvonne was going to talk to you about us getting together before you leave town. Have your people call our people!
Comments: JS, Jack says he gets that feeling you mentioned every time he walks into an empty men's room. Jack, JS is ALWAYS running with the "bull". Sam, prayers have gone out this morning for fellow SOCite Shirley. Hope you all had a good time together at Surfside.
Comments: If anyone is waiting for a reserved seat on the RV they should probably quit waiting
Comments: Happy Jack - - - Are your fingers tired this mrng? Is all you cd manage was an "H"??
Comments: HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY Annette!!! Hope Sat in Big H was a good one for you! Not much telling what you & Sid did since we've not heard frm you. Hope it was fun!! ![]() Toni & Bruce - Hard to believe it was 4 years ago we all sat clued to our pc monitors watching your wedding!! That was a 1st for me! Hopefully ya'll were able to sneak off frm Shortcake and you & Bruce ate somewhere besides El Fenix! Happy 4th Annv!!
Comments: Happy Birthday Little A!! And happy anniversary to Toni and Bruce!! JS, will the Burning Woman event be like the Burning Man in that being topless is mandatory?? If so, don't let Dale know. He wouldn't want to be involved in anything so bawdy. Would be a good place since the fire has already cleared the area. Sorry to hear you won't be running with the bull this year. Welcome back Sam!
Comments: HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY ANNETTE and many, many more, my ole neighborhood friend !!!
Comments: Romania on top of a mountain
Comments: McMakin - don't be too quick to write off the idea of reserving a seat on the RV to Burning Man. When was the last time you were somewhere that you could feel free ... expand ... suppress nothing ... shed your old conformities (there's that word again). Embrace the opportunity. You don't have to decide right now. HIA can spare you for a week. Sleep on it. |
