Jim and I had a great time Saturday at the get-together.  It was wonderful to see everyone!  Sandy -- thank you for always managing to get everyone together! What would we do without you?!?!?  And thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes!! Every year we have is more time to enjoy family, friends and a wonderful life!

Thank you for the kind words about the kids. I kinda think they are cute and special, but it is always good to hear others say so too. What a weekend!!! Friday was beautiful. A great day to gather for a great cause with some great people. Even without Brightpants McGee, Da Bears put the cubbies of 67 in their place by best them on the golf course. Steve Gray, Gary Dagley, Bovie Browning and Dale Smiley did the class proud. I have to add that I am very proud of the team I played on. Toni (Rodgers) Jones and Bruce Jones, Karen (Melton) Davis and I are proud of our 85. It was a true team effort and very enjoyable. The mini Saturday was fun, as always. Missed many of our "regulars" and those we thought were coming and didn't make it. It is always good to see the ones who show up. We appreciate those who have to make a trek to visit. As mentioned in other post, Jack Sanders, Roe Burrows, Donna Pratly, Dale and Yvonne and, I'm sure, others who's names don't come to mind right now. It was good to see everybody. We missed those who were not there.

Hello, Betty McKee! I remember in school, everyone asked me if you were my sister. I always wondered if we were related.

I have lived in Allen almost 30 years. When I moved to Allen, a traffic jam was three cars at our one blinking light. You need to come visit and see how it has changed. It is NOTHING like you remember. It is NOTHING like it was when I moved here.

Send me an e-mail and I will tell you about it. I bet we know some of the same people from here. And, I would love to catch up with you. Been a LONG time since I have seen you. I don't think I have seen you since we graduated.

My e-mail is on the e-mail link on this posting.

Jack your grand kids are adorable.  I know you and Glynda wish they lived closer.
This weather is soooooo depressing.  I got absolutely nothing done at work today...when is the sun going to shine again?

I was able to get the new Grandone pics posted at lunch.  Take a peek . . .  they are definitely cuties!

I got my first chance to look at the pics I took Sat.  They are really good, but only got 20!  Hopefully some of you got some good pics too & will send them to me.  Either email them (I have a huge em box so don't worry abt overloading it) or if easier, copy to a disc and mail to me!  Let me know if you need add'l info.   Will try soon to start posting pics from Sat.

We had a fun time Sat.  Had surprise visits from Farmer Roe & Rancher Donna and I'll be darn if Don & Brinda Brunson didn't show up!  Jack Sanders also appeared!  You just never know who will be there & that's what makes each party so special . . .  the unexpected!  Lots of laughter as you'll see inthe photos!!

just looked and realized Ronnie McKee is living in Allen, Texas.  I lived in Allen when I was in the 7th grade.  The town was not very big at the time.  Has it grown much?

sounds like the class of 66 still knows how to have a good time.  Maybe one of these times this Socite will be able to leave KS and make it back for one of the get togethers. I do enjoy reading the comments here about what is happening with everyone.

Nice time at the get-together, yesterday. My daughter, Katie, really enjoyed it. She said she had fun meeting people I went to school with. I have been trying to get her to go with us for some time now. I was glad when she told me she was going to go with us.

Needless to say, Connie and I (and her big brother Ryan) are quite proud of her.

I thought everyone looked really great. Donna Pratley, you look great. You are living proof that some people don't get older, they get better....and more beautiful. I was so glad to see you. And, you have such a great sense of humor. You and Susan Sunde together make for quite a good time.

Dagley, you are a hoot! Always enjoy talking with you.

Always glad to see Dale and Yuvonne. Thanks for making the trek up to Dallas.

A number of our "regulars" were not there; and, they certainly were missed. Sammy and Sarah...WHERE WERE YOU?

Toni and Bruce: Sorry we missed you. You really should have thrown something on my windshield as we were passing you in the parking lot. At least that would have made me look over and see you guys. I was mentioning to Connie how sorry I was you weren't there. If only we had remained there a few moments later.....  Thanks for calling me today. The FarmTown help was valuable.

And, Bradford, you missed the opportunity to meet our UMHB queen! haha! As a matter of fact, you have missed every get-together since I started attending them. I am starting to develop a complex. haha!

Barb and Don, I understand the golf tournament went very well. I am so glad. You both looked so good at the party, and you both had such huge smiles. Actually, you bringing your daughter to our BIG reunion in 2006 inspired me to bring Katie with me. It is always fun seeing everyone's offspring.

Thanks for the good time yesterday. Thanks for making Katie feel so welcome. Maybe I can get her to come again. (Good to see she was not the only "child" there, yesterday. And as always, thank you, SNL for arranging the get-together.
