He retired from the Dallas PD, and I'm surprised they hired him after the good times we had. Must not have made a background check.
Comments: The snow missed Richardson, but from wht I saw on the radar... looks like Mr. Dagley, McMakin & Linda got a good bit! So did Earlene in Kaufman. But the temps are warmer so maybe not much is sticking! Hey, it's Tue afternoon & we have a new Grandone posted! He may be tiny, but he's cute as a bug! Comments: Dale, thank you for the update on Dane!! It's wonderful news that he has taken a few steps & off respirator. I hate to call Janet more than once a wk, so having another source is great. Every one remember, he can now have visitors and I'm sure cards sent to his home or hospital would be greatly appreciated. His home add is in our class dir. Let's keep him high on our prayer list as he has a long road to travel.

Comments: Just got an e-mail from Ronnie Hill regarding Dane. He said Dane still has the tubes attached but is no longer on a respirator. He still is unable to speak but is awake and aware. He was watching an old Western movie and had got out of bed and took a few steps. The doctors seem to think these are good indicators that he is slowly improving. Let's keep him at the top of our list. DWS
Comments: Pardon me for missing the connection between the ice holes and the hoe cakes. But going on the assumation that you Little A(being female) are correct and I (being male) am incorrect, would that then make users of ice holes, ice hoers??
Comments: Ada, looks like we're getting more Ice Holes coming our way. Loved your song about "Hoe Cakes." They better cook up more "Hoe Cakes," 'cause Hoes gotta eat too, and Tiger's Hoes are coming out of the woodwork!
Comments: OH MAN! More snow? When I walked out to the car this morning it was snowing. I'll bet there were at least 500 little tiny snow flakes covering my car. Hope that is all we will get this time. Saw Largo Vista on the news this morning. Hope Don and Kathy's pantry is well stocked as well as the dog food supply.
Comments: Looks like we may get more snow here than in the Longview area. Should not be as much of a problem as last time. |
