HB to Botox Bovie...ask him about Marilyn Monroe calling him and singing her famous "Happy Birthday" song...he called me and stated he fell in love all over again...

HB to Eileen...com'on...hope you had a great day and want you to visit in June...

Mr. Norman...no one cares if you use 50 pt type to send messages on the GB...we still like to hear from you.

Thanks again for all the nice comments on Ryan Joseph...he is getting closer to coming home but still 2-3 weeks away...hopefully at the max.

Mr. Smiley...it is really nice to know that you have a joke for every topic on the GB...keep it up...even if you do have a very large ICE HOLE in Texas. Knowing the temperature differences between our states...I would think your ICE HOLE would shrink the closer you get to spring and summer..maybe even go away all together...should we ask Yuvonne?

I should I not talk like this on the GB. I guess I thought I could use the topic since my friend Ada Ann talked so personally of hers???  I'm a bad..........boy!!!

I think it's being sent by classmates trying to get people to join or rejoin. In my opinion it's a scam.

Tommy, see my note below.  I'm perturbed at classmates for doing this & for trying to scam all of us.  How stupid... an alumni banquet for some 20 or so yrs at $100 pp!!!  Then to say it was canceled but we can link up with our friends at Classmates.

Classmates has been sending notices about a Banquet planned by Sabrina Phillips. Today I received notice from classmates it's no longer planned.

But it had this notice.  But don't let that stop you from reconnecting with friends from the South Oak Cliff High School Class of 1965

All the notices may be sent from classmates to get people to join or rejoin.... If this is their purpose they're going about it  wrong.

Robert - we are always glad to hear from you in whatever size print you can read.  You brought up something I want to expound on... Sabrina Phillips!!  Don't know who she is & why she is using Classmates to run this scam.  I too got numerous invitations to attend a dinner for every SOC class from '63 thru the 80s at $100 pp!  Then I got more em from her saying it had been canceled but to go to another site for add'l info.  DON'T respond to this & don't click on any URL she posts!  Delete & ignore it!

Hello Folks,  sorry for the big print, my eye sight is about gone now. I am sorry I have not been around in awhile, shame on me. This member Sabrina Phillips has somehow flooded my email with a ton of nootices about a meeting. Lord knows I would love to come see all of you but it is just not possible. Has old Bill Nelson shown up here lately, his wife made him get his own email addy and start working the web for himself.  ha ha Well I well try to come around more often. Love each and everyone of you, even that one that used my name,    Robert and Jolae

You folks up north exercise caution when attempting to fish in an ice hole. There are some real
inherent dangers as you will see in the link below.

A man spent hundreds of dollars on ice fishing equipment and set up one Saturday on a frozen lake. He fished for over 3 hours and never got a nibble. A 10-12 year old came out and punched a ragged hole in the ice and dropped in his line and in 2 minutes caught a very nice trout. In 5 minutes he caught another while the ol guy was still skunked. After about a dozen fish the man asked the kid his secret. The boy said "Nuhafaqupum btwrm." The man said "Huh?" The boy spat a squirming glob into his palms and said "You have to keep your worms warm."

Mike Dunn - Nice to see you still know how to find us.  Now that you aren't hopping planes all over the world, hope you'll drop by more often.  We'd love to chat with you!

JD -  Your new Grandone is precious!  It's amazing how tiny newborns are, but it's even harder to visualize how tiny a preemie is until you see them in person!  I know you & the whole family can hardly wait to hold him without being in the NICU.  Let us know when you have the coming home party!

Hey Coasty Don - Did it snow at your house???  If so, maybe our triplets got to see their first snow!!!

HAPPY B-DAY BOVIE!!!!  Hope you were able to get some tennis in tda & Charlene was extra nice to you!

Eileen - HAPPY B-DAY to you!  Drop by & see us some time!

Mike Dunn - Crikey, mate - you barely got settled in Houston & now, San Diego?  Your company must be buying up your homes as often as you have to sell & move out.

Coasty's advise - Get outa that sailor town before you catch a dose of 'squid cooties'!
