Comments: It's such a delight to get together with the girls. Everyone looked great! Thanks, SNL for the over sized birthday cupcake. Very thoughtful. And Toni for the funny, or not so funny card. The happy birthday song....well, if I had known you would be singing I wouldn't have worn any blush. The last few years I have really enjoyed my birthday. As I mature (never) I realize how precious time is. Things can change in a second. What really counts; family, friends, health but most of all a relationship with my Heavenly Father. I am blessed and I know it, and I appreciate it. As we were talking today, jobs or lack of, was one of our topics. We live in a completely different world than what we grew up in. Our parents retired at decent age and were able to live a good life till the end. We're wondering how we will make it to the end. We're all in the situation. Nothing is for sure. Enjoy your life! Live one day at a time! and don't look back. Please pray for our sweet Sue and her health. Guess what? I got a call from my daughter in California, Ashley. Do you know what she told me? that I'm going to be a Grandmother!!!!!!!!! Woo hoo!!!!
Comments: Back from brkfst & we had 9 girls who made it! We surprised Sandy Mc with a B-day cupcake & cards & the whole restaurant sang Happy B-day to her!! Guess she was surprisd . . . since her b-day was yesterday!  Now out to the yard for some much need yard work.  Later . . .

Comments: For those of you who don't visit the other SOC classes Guestbooks and are not aware of the monthly multi-class luncheons, they do exist. Seems the next scheduled lunch is May 1st. I don't know if they are trying to get people to come or to stay away. Their latest announcement (and this is the part I can't figure out) is that Buddy Capps will be in attendance.
Comments: Coffee moments by John Southworth, I hope you have missed John's Coffee moments as much as me and would like to see his return. His true wit with some sarcasm is always a good way to start the day. John gave up F/B and the SOC G/B for Lent. His return to the seen of his crimes is a count down of about 20 days or so. So we have about 20 days to talk behind his back without the fear of the Southworth rebuttal. In an email he stated he has discovered all this extra time he has missed. And this lovely lady living in his house named Dru. WARNING LABEL his return will be enterjised from forces above so if you are in the Woodlands and see a young lad with a cape and a big "S" on his chest chasing the ladies tell John Howdy for me. I have that feeling I may get a big smack from my friend for this one. Peace John~~~~

Comments: It is my understanding that Southworth gave up his computer for Lent. Isn't it over now? KMD, sorry you can't use Oh Brother where art thou, I knew where he was; Viet Nam. But it is good to see you posting. I thought we had lost you. Richard, you very badly need to come back to your roots. You are almost a Californian and it is starting to show with your choices.
