Comments: Welcome back John!! We missed you! Toni, oh Toni... where are you? Home?  Work? Please confirm or deny Shortcake's rumors of your retirement!!  Curious minds want to know! We had a great time in Driftwood seeing the triplets & their new baby sister, Brooklyn. But, it's always nice to get back home to peace & quiet.
Comments: Susan, Yuvonne and I are so glad the surgery went well. Please do as momma Sandy said and take it easy for a while. We want you felling real good by the next SOCial. Keep on keeping on. We love you.
Comments: Easter was rather eggciting! We made Easter eggs with confetti in them.So, when you threw them,on contact the confetti would fly out all over the victim..It was a blast!! Still brushing it out of my hair.
Comments: Okay, I have to ask about Toni ... did she or did she not retire? I'm hoping this isn't some cruel April Fool's ploy. Thanks again for the nice birthday wishes. Next year I shall more carefully plan my Lent activities to avoid peculiar conflicts.
Comments: I hope everyone had an absolutely wonderful Easter.....mine was great - especially since the last thing I did tonight was have dinner with three of my favorite grandchildren. I really have missed keeping Shelby and it was great seeing her.
Comments: Hi, I'm in Driftwood & we just finished having BBQ from Salt Lick. We're tired, triplets will do that to you! Don & I taught the 3 kids how to ride their bikes without training wheels this afternoon!! Don took their training wheels off & the challenge was on! We're exhausted, but all 3 did it & were flying down the driveway yelling look at me Mimi. Such fun!!! Then we dyed Easter eggs. Great Day! Susan - Glad to hear you are home & the surgery was a great success. Continue to take it slow & recovery. Love you! Later gang, time to get the kids to bed & then I'm next. Pushing 3 kids on a bike until they get the hang of it is hard work for a grandma . . . but wouldn't trade it for anything!
Comments: OK, I'm back home everyone. Actually, I came home Wednesday after having the surgery Tuesday. Everything went well. Now all I have to do is get well. Thank you for all the prayers and good wishes. I'll check back later. Need to go back to bed now. SS

Comments: Last Sunday we went out to eat after church (state law?) with the grand kids. I said "Did you boys notice how my voice filled the auditorium this morning?" Colter said " Yes PaPa, in fact I saw a few folks moving away to make room for it." Smart-Alec is outa the will !
Comments: Believe it or not I did sit still and sing - I did not laugh or cause a scene  And, evidently my voice is not quite that bad Happy Jack because one of the places that we sing has a squirrel in it!!!! We thought that one of our off-duty officers was going to shoot it...fortunately he caught himself before he did. But it did scare everyone when it came flying across the room during dinner.   No Jack I did not bring it in there.

The doctors, nurses, donors and all attending him. Toni, that picture of your grandson's is priceless. How precious. Congratulations on your retirement. Do you think she's forgotten your retired? Bless Bruce's heart! Shortcake, it would be worth the drive to see you in the choir singing. I can't picture you sitting still and not laughing. I believe Rick and Marilyn had an anniversary. Just a little behind on the GB. Congratulations! Gee, I have to take notes to remember everyone. SNL, you guys be safe driving to Houston. Anyone else going out of town this weekend, same to you.
