Comments: JS - He is Margaret Ann Burgin Shepherd's father. The Burgin's lived behind us all thru sch & we used to carpool at Lisbon. They are from Australia and Mrs. Burgin had the darnest Aussie accent. Very good people! Margaret was 1 of 4 dtrs.
