Comments: We didn't get any rain here in E. Richardson. It clouded up & thundered but that was it!!  My flowers have all but quit blooming & I don't blame them!!We missed you too Sandy Mc!! We did a lot of laughing & eating! I'll send you my cell # to put in your pho. But remember, I only turn it on when I'm in the car or going to a GNO! Sheryl, maybe that's why I was the first juror picked & elected as foreman!!   I'm ready for Labor Day as that's usually when the heat slows down a few degrees!!! But I have it on good authority that Oct 9th is gng to be a great day with temps in the upper 70's!!!

Comments: Great pictures! Looks like you ladies had fun. Sorry I wasn't able to make it. My sister's husband had surgery that afternoon, which took longer than expected. I thought I had your number in my cell SNL, but I didn't or I would have called. Bought a drill yesterday and a shredder today. Don't know which one I'm having the most fun with. So thankful for the rain Friday. Let's pray we have a little more.

Comments: I started to check with the Brickyard golf course to see if they had one of those "expanded" golf carts so Cheesehead, Pool Guy and Scott could ride together, but then I realized that no one should have to listen to you two grumps go at each other. So Scott is welcome to ride with me. Sounds like we play the same kind of game. You two can go at it tooth and nail. Of course, Bovie might feel left out, neither of you two abusing him. but Cold Cash, and I could do our best to makeup for y'all. Cable Guy will probably be busy officiating and dealing with "problems" to get to play much. His loss, but he gets to keep his sanity!

Come join us in the BMF Golf Tourney in October. I'll get you a seat in Cable Guy Fugate's golf cart. He and Happy Jack Hawkins would love to be in your foresome.

Comments: Sandy, I agree with JAda. A week from now they won't remember what might have been laying around in the house. They will remember what happened while you were together. I have found, however, that when things get hectic around here I occasionally have to give up either my mid-morning or afternoon nap. NEVER give up both. And it's not wise to miss the Kelly Rippa show two days in a row. Hope this helps.
Comments: SNL, Slow down. Whatever doesn't get done just doesn't get done. Hide things in the closet.....eat take out or pizza. Those kids will love you no matter what.....just provide love to them and that is all that they will need.
Comments: Found out late yesterday Stephanie & Bert are coming up Sat morning so they can go to her 15th class Reunion. They want us to keep all 4 kids!! We're in the middle of hanging new curtains for our bdrm, rehanging the dining rm curtains & cleaning up all the area as Don repainted the dinning rm. We have stuff everywhere!! Needless to say we spent last night trying to clean up everything! Tonite I gotta buy groceries.Needless to say I didn't have time to post any pics last nite! I will try to post 3 or 4 grp pics at lunch (depending on how work goes) & will do the rest after they leave on Sun. It's been a busy wk . . . Mon & Tue was Jury Duty in McKinney, Tue nite GNO, Wed was trying to get caught up & get out my rpts due on the first! Now rushing to get ready for family to arrive! I'll do the best I can, not enough hours in the day. Maybe there are enough hours . . . I'm just too tired to participate in all of them!!
Comments: Cable Guy Fugate, a check is in the mail to cover son Scott and myself for the BMF Golf Tourney. He hits the ball a mile and has no clue where it is going. Also included is a request to not be paired with any of those Boude Story whinney cry babies. Those boys pout when they don't play well (which is often). |
