Comments: Sandy, thats a lot for organizing our afternoon at Vernon's last weekend. It was great to finally get together with old friends. I only regret that because of work and health reasons that I have not been able to get to Dallas prior to this time. Thanks to all of my classmates that came up.

Comments: The Class of 1965 is having our 45th Reunion this weekend. I am hosting a visit back to SOC on Saturday that is open to all that might wish to attend. You can either meet us at the hotel - Double Tree on Central at NW Highway in the lobby at 10:00 am to carpool to the location or meet us at the front of the school at 10:45. We will have access to the auditorium, lunch room, gyms and some of the classrooms for photo opportunities and adventure. After the tour, anyone that wishes may meet up at the El Fenix in Downtown Dallas at Woodall Rogers and Griffin. The plan is to be there at 12:30 for lunch. This is dutch treat so everyone is on their own dollar. You do not have to be registered to attend our Reunion to join us in this time. There are no charges except for what you eat and drink. If you have some time on your hands Saturday and are interested, come join us in both or either of the places. If you wish to come, it would be helpful to me to know how many are planning to come so if you would please email me, I sure would appreciate it. Have a safe and fun Labor Day weekend. Cynthia

Comments: Thanks so much for the really nice anniversary wishes. We dated,went steady, were fraternity penned an were engaged for another five years so we really have been together a long time. Most people give credit for our success to my long suffering quality. Iv' just learned to say "Yes, Dear, a lot. Karen, we would be very interested in the cruise. We have done both the East and West passage from Galveston and it really is fun even if you never leave the ship. Please forward the info. Sorry we missed Mike and the group but I've had reservations at Perry's for several weeks for our special night. Yuvonne gave me a night vision scope for our 40th and I have been learning how to use it. Sorry to report that most of our neighbors keep their curtains drawn after dark so I can't really give a full update. Hope to see all of you at the BMF golf outing.

Jack, your "Bless Her Heart" reminded me of the words & sayings that stymied the people in Buffalo, NY. Here are the 4 words/phrases they just didn't get! Fixin'; Catty-corner; Down the road a piece; and of course . . . Bless their heart!  I grew up using all those words & they didn't seem odd to me!

Comments: Happy Anniversary Dale & Yuvonne......hope you have had a great weekend celebrating Hey I have info on a cruise to the Mexican Riviera that will leave on May 1....Anyone that wants the info - give me a shout....it sounds like a like of fun! A balcony room is about $970. It is a 7-day cruise.

Comments: Happy Anniversary to Dale and Yvonne. Hope it was fun. Belated anniversary wishes to Sandy and SueSue. Congratulations Richard on the new grandone. Looking forward to seeing pics. Mike and I just got two adopted grandones aged 5 and 2 1/2. Mike's daughter and son-in-law are the elated parents of Eli and Gabriel. It will take 6 months for the adoption to be final (Texas law) but we adore them already. See some of you shortly at Vernon's.
