Comments: SNL - Oct. 23 sounds pretty good right now. I'll tell everyone in advance that Oct. 14 is my birthday and I like silver or gold or diamonds -- the bigger the better. Oct. 16 we'll be going to Windstar to see Chris Isaac. Something "new" for us. I'm not much on gambling, but will have some tall tales about how much money I've won on the penny slots. Does anyone out there know if there are other "attractions" in OK besides the casinos?
Comments: Pool Guy you sure are brave. Last time we were there, didn't you walk the tab and get chased in the parking lot by the waitstaff? Those girls were pretty fast too. Are you wearing a disguise?? JD, since you're not coming down for the party or the tourney or probably for the mini, how about sending me your credit card? Shortcake must have put your old one next to some electromagnet (buzzing) source in her purse. It doesn't swipe anymore. You know if your expenses suddenly drop the IRS will think you have been padding your expense account in years past! SLOW DOWN, Coasty Don! With your past as a lifer, you know feather merchants don't work more than 2 1/2 to 3 hours a day! They find out you are actually doing work and you will lose your feather merchant card. You MUST be really conflicted going from Chief, running a tight ship, to feather merchant, adrift in paper. Have fun with your plumbing (I hate plumbing, it ALWAYS leaks first time) we will miss you, but will let you buy a round to show your support!
Comments: SNL - 10/23 sounds great. I'm ready for another road trip, if the VA doesn't send me to Milwaukee - which wouldn't be a total loss, if JD would buy dinner for a change. But, he'd probably want me to wear that 'Cheezer' ball cap, so it would have to be an extremely good meal. Pool Guy - Getting together with some of Da Bears is tempting, since we haven't had a GDO lately. But, I'm dabbling in home repairs this coming weekend & plumbing fixes (including multiple trips back to the h/w store) will probably exclude everything else, except bodily needs. Y'all be careful up there on Deep Ellum & save something back for early a.m. phone calls & bail money. DWF - I'd rather 'shoot skeet' along the fairway as y'all tee-off for the BMF tourney. Y'all could yell 'fore' & I'd yell 'pull' - hopefully, one of us would hit something besides the earth. Our check is in the mail anyhow - gotta support those inland 'Coasties' in memory of our loved ones. I'm teleworking from home today, so guess I'd better login & give the taxpayers their due - later!
Comments: The Pride & Joy pg has been changed, seems like Grandones are poppin' up everywhere! OK, ya'll should be glad Pool Guy McGee isn't planning the Get-Togethers or the Reunion!!  If he was ya'll would probably find out when & where about 24 hrs in advance!!   Don & I will be there as I heard Jack was paying cause he wrung JD's cr cd out of the tightly closed fist of KRL!! While we're on the subject . . . ya'll ready for a Get-Together? How does Oc. 23 sound! Mark your event calendar for 10-23! I'm going to wait another week or so before I tell you "where". It'll be a surprise!

My last comment on this issue is that we know Mr. Romo...and although he is an acceptable QB...even Don Meredith was better. Mr. McGoo...sorry to hear that you are tying to pawn off dinner on my friend Happy Jack...you must know by now that he has never bought dinner for anyone...not even Glenda...he makes her pay. BTW...please win on Sunday...this Bear team you are about to encounter couldn't win a game this year so they paid off the umps and got a stupid call to negate a TD for Detroit...look out...they have lots of money...the owners own the Wrigley company...as in gum.
Comments: Ah heck, Jim, seems to me that the "boys" have never been good out of the gate. They'll either put Baron on the street or back on the bench or super glue his elbows to his sides and go from here. Now if they will just QUIT throwing that quick out to the WR behind the line (that NEVER works), that would be a good start!

NOTICE: Do NOT buy tickets to "Meeting the Fugates Dinner" Rumor has it that SOMEONE (could be initials of SJM) is selling tickets for this dinner. DO NOT buy them and DON'T agree to meet him at Taco Bell for the dinner!! The boy is slipperier than the salamanders he stocks in those concrete swamps he builds. Did Bovie get a job as a traveling salesman?? Seems every time you turn around he going out of town. Shame on you Rick!! You should keep better control of your balusters

I'm not pleased with the play calling and coaching. These guys have no fear of getting cut. I miss the days of Tom Landry, George Allen, Joe Gibbs, Vince Lombardy.

SNL, it sounds like you had a blast at the Cowboys Stadium Anniversary Party/Concert on Friday. Tim McGraw is soooo talented and easy on the eyes. Too bad the team had to go and spoil it all last night. But we will be there next week to cheer them on and hopefully make up for this week's fiasco. Thank goodness the Rangers swept the Yankees. Yahoo!
