Evidently he was asleep last week when we were penalized for excessive celebration in the endzone. And that ending play? How highschoolish can they be? Said it before and I'll say it again, as much as I like Romo, we will never come close to a Super Bowl game with him at Q.B.
Comments: SNL -- Got some real cuties for grandones. Yeah, that April will be able to hold her own with the boys when she starts dating. Is Brooklyn walking yet? She'll be running behind the older ones trying to catch up. You know that whatever the older ones are doing is more interesting to her. We'll be going to Austin/Lakeway the end of this month to babysit 4 grandones; my oldest grandson will be 14! Yikes! Saw some beautiful parts of OK this weekend I've never seen: Arbuckle Mountains, Lake Murray and Turner Falls. Weather was great.
Comments: Dale, only way I could win on a trifecta w/the 'Boys is if I bet to Win, Place & No Show!! Put up some new Grandone pics. Didn't won't to drag it out over 4 wks... so I put them all up at once! We went down to Austin a wk early as we were bringing them new big kid bikes for their b-day. By gng early we got to enjoy them more than gng when they were having their b-day party wit all their kindergarten friends!

Comments: Well gang. Went on lne today and filed for socsec retirement. Effective 01/2011. Ladies, what the heck is a honey do list? I thought retirement was just as the name implies. Looks as if Sarah will be my new employer and will be working 60 hours /week. So, what has changed?

Comments: BLB, Last year Yuvonne and I were invited back to a high school reunion for the "kids" I taught and coached my first year out of ACU. (They are all in their 50's now). We were seated at a table with several couples and of course asked what they were doing these days. One girl, I can't remember her name, said she was a nurse in Ft. Worth. We said we knew a guy from our high school class that worked in the medical profession in Ft. Worth named Bobby Bradford. She got real excited and said she worked with a real nice man named Bob Bradford then she asked the question that sent Von and I laughing so hard we couldn't hardly breathe. She very sincerely asked " Is he a real, real old guy? When we finally recovered I said "Well we were in the same class in school. She got real embarrassed and said Oh, I didn't mean you were that old, Coach Smiley.

For the Birthdays I missed...Happy B"Day!! My Eva's Birthday was the 11th and our oldest son the 15th....Anyone know how to get in touch with Eddie's daughter , Sandra? Eddie, Mike Fall and I were great friends.Mike taught me a little guitar.He could sing!! We would go to Graham to visit some guys and we would have a great time singing together.His hair turned completely grey by 22 years of age. His Dad was the same way.Those guys were like brothers to me.

This must have been given to us based on the reputation of the likes of the Hawkins, Browning, Watts, Lincoln, Fugate, Smiley types. My Mother would never allow me to associate with those people.
