Comments: Need to bring ya'll up to date on some of our gang who are having a rough time & could sure use our prayers & kind thoughts. Toni Roger's stepson, Stephen: I heard from Toni & Stephen is not doing well & things are critical. The prognosis is not good. He is 39 with a wife & 3 children ages 6, 8 & 11. Dr.s are now recommending he be moved to a long-term acute care facility. Donna Rexroat: I heard from Donna's dtr, Jill. Donna has been in hospital about 6 wks trying to get her lungs built up for open heart surgery! Currently, surgery is scheduled for end of this wk. In addition, Jill has a lump on her neck & they will do surgery to see if it's malignant. Donna asked Jill to contact me & ask if her SOC friends would pray for her & her dtr too. Due to a threatening ex husband, Jill & Donna had to leave their home here in TX & move where he couldn't find them. If any of you wd like to send a msg or an uplifting card to Donna, send me an em & I'll reply with her new mailing address & em. But do not post the address or give out to anyone outside of our grp!! As you can see, some of our dear friends & their families are having some very difficult health problems. They asked that we pray for their improvement & recovery! I know they will be in my prayers every night, hope ya'll will be able to do the same.

Yvonne, I'm sure Dale had a special treat for you, and Ronny, sounds like you celebrated like my girls do....the entire week. Birthday's can be fun until we see the added wrinkles in the mirror. Oh, heck who cares! Linda, next time take it to the cleaners. Within the next seven days I am suppose to be a grandmother. Ashley said she is putting Eli in time out as soon as he is born for not arriving on time. May everyone have a great week. Heard the weather is going to be great!
Comments: Dru and I just rolled in from Kerrville. Spent 3 days at the Texas Miata Roundup. Drove some remarkable roads and even got in a little "geocaching". Happy birthday greetings to Don Lincoln. If we'd known there might be free birthday cake, we'd of swung thru Austin on the way home!

Comments: FYI - Martha Noah, Vic's mom, is celebrating her 90th birthday today. I spoke to her this a.m. & she's expecting a house-full of family & friends at her party at home this afternoon in Ft. Worth. I couldn't make it up here for the same reason as missing the mini - lower back, still. But, I wouldn't have been able to dance to that 'music' anyway.
