Sarah and I want to wish all a belated Merry Christmas. Like most of you, it has been craaaaaazy around here since Thanksgiving. I retired on 12-22 after 40 years in corporate America. Jack, you can now help pay my retirement benefits.

We had our Christmas 12-19 at our house. Had all 4 wonderful grandkids and 4  no good kids open all their presents. Sarah and I decided to get lots of gifts for the grandones and one for Marsh, Jeff, Brian and Jill.

Don't know if I told all, but we are expecting grandkid #5 April 20th. Marsha and Jeff are trying for a boy. This time they do not want to know the sex until the baby is born. Casey, their 6 year old, has been praying for a little brother.

Gordy asked me to remind you all of the gathering New Years day at Uncle Julio's on Dallas Parkway and Keller Springs.  If you're in town, come by and have Bloody Mary's (or your choice) and breakfast or lunch (whatever) with us.

I'm resurfacing this afternoon to get caught up on GB & Em!  Turned my pc off Thur afternoon & hadven't turned it bk on until now.  My dtr & her hsbd stopped by Thur on their way thru Dls & picked up all the Christmas presents for the kids.  Then Don & I had dinner & drinks out to celebrate my b-day. Was busy having too much food, fun & family on Fri & Sat!! Hope everyone else had a wonderful Christmas too!!  Don gave me a beautiful Cowboys wall clock on my BD to go in my ofc!!

Spent tda washing & cleaning to get ready for another week.  On the down side . . .  another heart-breaking close game for the 'Boys!  But, it's not like we were playing for anything other than, ... maybe . . .  PRIDE!!  As we say here in Dls, there's always next yr!

McMakin - Your new little reindeer is precious!!!

Thanks for the many wonderful B-day wishes and it took me a while to read all of them.  It's so great to have such wonderful friends!!!!

All men should come with warnings, even the little ones.

Yuvonne and I want to wish each of our classmates and their families a very Merry Christmas. We hope Santa was good to you.

Sandra, you are so lucky that your grandchild came with a warning label. We did not get one and have made lots of mistakes. He's adorable. Congrats.  DWS

From a commercial point of view, if Christmas did not exist it would be necessary to invent it.

Gee SNL, that's kinda tough since I'm only 55.
I know I got in school early, but I'm pretty sure I was walking and talking before I started. You must have been "held back" several times!

John, you need to stay current. SNL is on vacation this week.
