Place: 66 Wisconsin Comments: Karen...good news...hope it continues. My friend Mr. Hawkins...Jack, I always listen to you...you are one of the most level headed, intelligent people I know. However, just because you would lead me down the path of elicit behavior, and possible jail time...I don't always heed your direction. I have actually constructed a large 1000 foot diameter fan in my yard and have turned it on with the direction being toward Dallas. I figure what one Socite has to endure...all Socites should endure. Besides, cold air is cleaner...and to breath the cold air in the morning cleans my lungs...you should be so lucky to have clean air coming to Texas! LOL Shortcake. Hawaii is way overrated. I've been there many times and each time was worse and more costly than the previous trip...I would much rather spend my time and money in Arizona...now if you plan a trip there...count me in!
Place: Garland Comments: Prayers do work Karen Md. Glad to hear that he is doing so well and hoping that he continues to improve. Hawk - I have already been to Alaska three times - going for someplace warmer - besides - gives me enough time to have it completely paid off before I go and have my spending money saved up! Lots more fun that way! 
Place: Sachse Comments: A big birthday wish for Kay B and Janet H. I am blowing the party horn as we speak.  I spent most of the day with Dad. He will be moved out of ICU in the morning to a room. He is back fully mentally but has no memory of the episode that brought him to the hospital. I had to explain it all to him. He still has some major infections and a bad back to overcome but he is definitely making good progress. Thanks again for the prayers and keep 'em coming.

Place: Garland Comments: Boy am I glad the temp got all the way to 40 today. Hey Karen MD - you know that cruise we were talking about in 2012 - it does leave out of Galveston. EM when you get a chance or anyone else interested in going to Honduras in 2012!!!! I'll send info.

Hope you got room, board and tee times for us all. Maybe Barb can come another weekend. Ada, Please don't send any snow. I've been after JD to get off the couch, go outside and close the gate. He's letting all his cold air escape to down here. But you know how much JD listens to anybody, especially ME!!

Place: AZ/TX Comments: Thanks for all the kind anniversary wishes. 43 years sounds like a long time but it seems only yesterday that we were driving to Glenrose with Everett, Susan and David. Barb comes out to AZ tonight and we will celebrate this weekend. Haven't been on GB in a while so HB and HA to all that I have missed. For those needing our prayers, you are indeed in our thoughts and prayers.

I know you want to share, but I hoping by tda we will finally get rid of what we got on Sun!! Been darn cold here all week!!! I'm talking about days that haven't reached above freezing & nights in low 20's & upper teens! Hope this isn't gng to be a repeat of last yr!!!
