In case you missed, or didn't receive the 2nd email, here's the bottom line. So far I've received cks from only 15 of the 44 who wanted a dvd. Make check or M.O. payable to: SOC 66Reunion Fund Mail it to me, Sandy Lynn, my address is in the directory you received at the reunion. DVDs will probably be ready this week, so get your checks in so we can mail you the video. If you have questions, let me know . . . Place: Dallas Comments: We went to the fair yesterday with Mario and Barbara Fuentes and cousin Jerry Fisk and Terry Hubbard Fisk ( class of '67 ). The weather was great and most of the food vendors had a half price coupon specials including Fletcher's , which we visited twice. Because it was a Thursday, we got into the fair free.If you have not gone yet, go to the Women's building and visit the Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel exhibit. We were awe struck to say the least.

Place: Richardson Comments: Perfect Fay, Thanks! Some didn't get the 2nd Em, that's why I put the basic info here on GB in case, like you, they didn't get it. You are on the list to receive the dvd. Yesterday I received the 1st two cks and today I received 6 cks. 44 people ask for a dvd, so still need about 36 more cks! Not sure what happened with the 2nd email but if you replied back to Don's original email asking if you were interesting in buying one but never got the 2nd email, Please let me know ASAP so we can accommodate. The 2nd email said the cost of the dvd will be $10.00 Make checks or Money Order payable to: SOC 66 Reunion Fund. Mail it now to Sandy Lynn (my address is in the directory). The $10 will cover the cost of the dvd, case, duplication and mailing costs. Any thing left over will stay in the Fund for future parties and the site and GB costs. If you have questions, let me know. I always check the GB and my email daily.

Place: Richardson Comments: Karen, I sent Donnie a note asking him to add you to the list. The Sat night Video is now in production and I'm happy to say I believe everyone will love the design. I received the first two checks for the video today. Be sure to send your $10 checks per the instructions on the Em. Checks are made out to: SOC 66 Reunion Fund and mailed to me for processing. Send your check so we can mail your dvd when they are delivered. If you didn't get the 2nd Em, which it looks like some didn't, it said to make your $10 check out to the above info and mail to me. So get them in the mail if you requested a dvd.
Place: Bosque County, Texas Comments: Sandy, just saw on the guest book that Toni did not get the email from Donnie. We did not either and we did get the first one - which I replied yes to. Just make sure we're on the list. BTW - it was such a great weekend. Thanks for all you do and did to make it so wonderful!!
Place: Richardson Comments: Talked with Charles Moss this morning to get caught up. After 12 days in hospital he's very glad to be home once again and with his doggie, Bear! He and Bear are best buds! Glad to have you back Charles!! Don & I went to the State Fair yesterday. Was out there walking around form 10 to 4. Beautiful day, but we were dragging by the time we finally got home after fighting the N. Central Expwy traffic to get home. Still fun to gop no matter how many times you've been.

Place: Midlothian , Tex Comments: Home sweet home, Out of hospital and home. Want to thank all for phone calls, cards, visits, and most of all your prayers. The SOC Bears are the best, what a great group of friends. Thank you again!
Place: Richardson Comments: It was sad, but it was time to remove the 50th emblem and look toward new things. I'm still having withdrawal symptoms from such a great weekend and the memories of our 50th will last forever.
Place: Richardson Comments: Ron Barker called last night. He has a bunch of photo she will send me later this week. He's been on the road since he left the reunion and just got back home this weekend. Fall is here, weather is great!! |
