Glad to hear you're home Shortcake & your personal nurse is taking care of you!  [wink]    I can only imagine how weird it is to not have feeling in your hand.  Kinda like leaving the dentist office and trying to drink a hot cup of coffee . . .  not good!

How's everyone else??  I've spent two days shopping for three 12-year-olds and one almost 7-year-old.  it was much easier when they were small and any toy would do it.  Now . . .  I'm struggling to find something they won't think is lame.  Any way, we're Ok and bracing for the Cold that's suppose to hit us tonight and tomorrow night.  First big below freezing temps for two nights then back up some.

I am home now but my hand.and parts of my arm are still numb. Figuring out how to do things with left hand is not fun either. It helps having Bobby around. He does everything and makes sure the pain meds are on time. Will be in a sling for 6 weeks and then physical therapy.
Glad the feeling is coming back in my hand....it is really a weird feeling when you cannot control your hand.

Jack, I was told a story about a missionary that was caught by a band of cannibals while working in Africa and was cut up and eaten. Soon after this horrible event, every one of the tribesmen that took even one bite got sick and threw-up. This also helps prove that you can't keep a good man down.          Glad to hear Ada is doing well.

Anyone can use Epson ink cartridges # 60. I have both (new) color and black I'd be glad to give you.

Good luck Shortcake!  i was also wondering about your surgery.  Don't envy you having surgery in Dec!  [eek]  Guess Bobby will have to do all the Christmas shopping!!!  [biggrin]

Glad to hear Ada is doing great!
The website looks fantastic. So festive. Got me in the mood to put up even more decorations! Bobby will not thank you for that.
Mom is doing about the same...her care-taker said she sleeps most of the time. We spent thanksgiving day there and enjoyed the food, except for no leftovers for sandwiches and Toni moved too far from Mom for me to just drop by and eat her leftovers like we have done in past years.
I am having surgery on Tuesday on my right rotator cuff. It will be day surgery and will be in a sling for six weeks. The dr said he could treat it with shots but it would be like putting a bandaid on the problem. Been trying to get Christmas done before then.
