Dale - You really know how to dig up some jewels to our chuckles going.

But, after a few minutes, I looked at this one again and decided to go out for a brisk walk - more often!

Thanks for reminder, fellow old f@rt! [cool]

Rick - Getting caught up & still having a few PC issues.

I'm very sorry to hear the sad news of your mom's passing - and so near to becoming a centenarian

As others have mentioned, the grief eases over time with the loss of a loved one.  But, they're preserved in our hearts and minds thru all the memories of why we loved them.

We all miss our moms, dads, siblings, children & grandchildren, and pray that we'll be reunited with them one day.  May you & your family find peace in the memories of her love and knowing your SOC family prays for you at this time.

Rick, my heart goes out to you for the loss of your beloved mother. Losing any family member is difficult. But, the loss of a parent is especially difficult and painful. I lost my mom and dad to cancer, just 9 days apart in March 1987. Was so very painful. Wish I had words to make the pain you feel disappear. Just know that the pain you feel will get better with time. You will always have a soft spot in your heart for her. And, I feel sure that all of us SOCites 1966 are emotionally hugging and praying for you and your family right now. We all love you and emotionally stand with you, buddy.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Sad news to share, Mom passed away Jan 18. Obituary was in Sunday paper. She lived from 1919 to 2019, 90 days short of her goal of 100.

H a p p y  B i r t h d a y wishes almost went out to Rick Watts, on Jan. 27th

Sorry, Rick – I set reminders in Outlook & they do pop-up.  Of course, I need to pay closer attention to them, instead of the Inbox.

Hope you had a great one today – chime-in & let us know!
