Thanks D & B!!  It was a nice evening and this morning we went to In-Sync for a pancake & coffee breakfast.  Then a stroll around the facility to look at the beautiful big cats.  Rafikin the male lion was roaring this morning. . .  very loudly!  It was fun & the pancakes were delicious with strawberrie s & blueberries for toppings.

I don't know Jack.  Up until 2-1, I've been out of commission since Jan 1.  I'm trying to get caught up but, as you can imagine, after 31 days it has caused lots of things to stack up.  Plus Don has to go back & forth to Houston more often since Christmas. 

I will try to catch the mgr /owner of Southern Recipes and see if he's interested.  As we discussed, it could be a good option.  Thanks for the reminder.  [thumb]

Although the weather wasn't good yesterday, we went ahead & went to Chips.  The food was delicious as usual and they did have a big lunch crowd.  Hope they can send a nice amount to Australia!

I think Richardson is going to escape that wintery mix as it seems to be staying just to the west of us.  Also we have temp was 38 early this morning and is now 40.  Sorry Paul, looks like y'all may be getting some of the white stuff or maybe even ice.
