Comments: Robert, go to the Rio Grande in Greeley...very good food and price is reasonable.
Comments: Robert, you can't imagine how bad the "Tex-Mex" food is in Minot, North Dakota. I visited my son who was stationed at the Air Force base there many years ago and we went to the only Mexican food place they had, just so he could show me how bad it was. The "hot sauce" was basically chili powder stirred into water.
Comments: Susan , ty, that is what I keep telling them up here. Dang hard to get good Tex-Mex food here. Went to the Lone Star steak house here and I be danged if they did'nt put beans in the chili, never heard of such. I would give two dogs and a parrot for one night at Billy Bobs fur sur since the Texas Tea House shut down.
Comments: Robert, we're still hoping you get to come back to Texas for one of the get togethers. And don't forget, you're still a Texan at heart regardless of where you live!
Comments: Jack, I've warned you guys about getting into a verbal joust with KMG....ya' can't win.
Comments: Jack, it is my understanding that golf clubs are referred to as "she" primarily due to the fact that no matter how well they are designed and masterfully crafted to perform, it is the male user's stubborness and determination to "control" the club to perform in the way he believes it should that has resulted in clubs personifying the feminine tense. FYI
Comments: Sorry so late in wishing belated Happy Birthday to Richard and Sandy McG. Pool Guy - played in a tournament here in NM on Friday. Lucky it was a scramble format! Look forward to playing with you guys again.
Comments: Happy belated to Sandy J.; My b'day didn't last one day, but 5. Things are just getting back to normal; more or less. And Bovie...how goes it; good to see you posting. Must be a retirement thing.
Comments: Happy Birthday to all you slow pokes coming up on the big 60 . I found out the other day at my next birthday I will go from disability to retirement. they say nothing will happen or change. I was at least hoping for a gust of wind from the sky instead from thier office. hmmm. I would not be the oldest in the class had I not flunked the sixth grade. That was back in Hutchings <sp?> . Dang country schools seem harder than citiy schools back then. The wife here says I am loosing it and just as in my hippy days I still want to know what the "IT" is . Later taters !!!
Comments: Sandy McM, no I haven't gotten any email from you in long time. i even checked my off site Spam Folder and Nada. If it was important you better resend it, sorry!
Comments: Sandy McM: I don't have much experience with them but, it is my understanding that golf clubs are thought of as female becasue no matter how often you work with them or take them out, you never know what the results will be!
Comments: Must of been a lot of bonkin' goin' on! Buddy excuse me for misspelling Georgene name, duh ![]() Have a great week everyone. ![]()
Comments: Sandy-I think everyone is bonked the same amount of times by the "Martini" fairy. Since we are all friends it makes sense to just forward it to each other!
Comments: Buddy, I'm sure Georgiana appreciated you purchasing that "hot" putter at a garage sale and not having one custom made. Don't let the old guy tease you
Comments: Ms. McM, Until the budman met his beautiful wife, he took a puppy with him to garage sales to try to get a date. Women will always pet a puppy. The hottest thing he probably found was a putter. Gotta love his style. |
