TT, we don't need the practice we're just wanted to take 'em down in the first round. I remembered...Karen and Toni was this bird you buried already dead or did you bury it alive? Comments: OK Ladies - Turncoat is now acting as go-between for Jack and Bruce. Toni - what am I going to do with you? I know all your deepest, darkest secrets (I know-you know mine too)! I know where we barried that bird! Sorry I know I promised never to tell  Oh well - enjoyed dinner Friday - it was great. This is the big week - Tammy's wedding. It is going to be hectic. Comments: Jack, Bruce wanted me to add that it's really a shame that Wet Wanda (KRL), Wet Wilma (Sandy McM), Wet Wilemena (KMG), and West Winona (SNL) are having to go to so much trouble to take extensive tactical training just to be able to keep up with you two...just doing what comes naturally. Of course, I cannot agree that it's all natural...I wouldn't want to be a (turncoat) traitor or anything like that.....
Comments: Sandy McM, tell your baby girl Happy Birthday for me. I hope she has a joyous day! Just don't be late for our "advanced guerilla warfare" training class Monday night. Shortcake is bringing her new weapon. SNL will have to make up the class when she gets back in town. She can make it up after our Thursday night "subversive tactical warfare" class. See you there.
Comments: I don't know, if Bruce arranged some beautiful flowers for me I might be very forgiving. There's just something about flowers. But then, Bruce is a little sneaky  Tomorrow is my baby girl's birthday. She'll be 28 years old, I mean young, we're old. That is just unbelievable. Hold 'em, Hug 'em and Love 'em.  It all goes by so fast.

Comments: I recvd a 6th grade John Neely Bryan photo from James Pulis Fri. I wanted to post it along with the names listed on the back of the photo. I was working on it tonight when at 9:00pm Network Solutions decided to make upgrades!! That brought my upgrades to a halt!! Unfortunately I leave tmo (Sun) at 5:00pm and will be out of town on personal business until late Wed night. If I have time tmo I will finish it in the mrng. It has Larry Reid , James Pulis Eddie Chesley and a lot of our other classmates! Thanks James!
Comments: Carol, so good to hear from you and thanks so much for your kind words. I really hope everything goes well with your job. I know that you are as dedicated an employee as they could possibly have. BTW, none of the water fight participants were exactly successful in dodging the blasts of water, except maybe SNL who somehow managed to not even mess up her "do". The rest of us were sporting the "wet head". LOL
Comments: Hi all! I'm finally caught up on posts - again - whew! Belated best wishes to all who recently celebrated milestones. To KMG and family and to Betty Gibbs and family - I'm so sorry about the passing of Debbie and Larry. ...and to Christie's daughter Amy...how sweet of you to express such kind words about the loss of our classmates. All of you will continue to be in my thoughts. What a blowout on July 4th! I'm with Toni...wear white and stay out of the line of fire! (I'm pretty much a certified klutz, so I can't see myself dodging blasts of water, climbing to the top of a brick wall, etc.) Work is crazy - folks being let go because their posiitons have been eliminated, other folks resigning, other folks being fired. I'm as positive as possible that my job is safe, but we're all watching our P's and Q's. Take care, my friends. Love - Carol
Comments: Don L, hope you are back to two-handed typing real soon. I am with McMakin on the forgiveness for Bruce until 7/4/09 then it's payback time! I am currently working on plans for my new weapon, an automatic H2O missile gun, that is self-refilling (evaporates moisture from the atmosphere using satellite-generated lasers) and with heat sensor targeting. Be afraid, be very afraid!
Comments: Well, if the old saying runs true, bad things happen in threes, then MAYBE things will be quite for us for a while. Good to have Jim back where he belongs. Being in Aggieville is not good for sane people. Don, hope you recover quickly, but try to enjoy your "down" time. Interested in what's required for your rehab. Did you see the article about the last serving Vietnam Vet retiring from the Coast Guard? IF not I'll mail it to you. Wondered if you know him.

Comments: So sad to hear about Larry Reid's death. I was in College Station for classes all week but back in Panola County now. Don - Good luck with your recovery and hope it is speedy. Are you supposed to use both hands to type ?? One finger translates to one hand.

Had carpal tunnel surgery yesterday & was 'out of it' for most of the day. Typing w/right hand only til further notice. |
