JD, I am proud of you. Your assessment of the Favre situation was on the money. While Favre has been a great quarterback, Rodgers has proved himself to be no slouch either and deserves the chance to build the team around his talents. Favre has tainted his great career by behaving in this manner (the flip flopping and whining). He should follow his word and step back and let Aaron take the helm and not cause a controversy and division among Packer fans.

Bay Watch, I see some cocky strut in your text big boy. That new driver has moved you from the forward tee box to the blues with us ball strikers. Mrs. Dagley informed me last night Cold Cash has a new driver also. I have no doubt he will be down the fairway 300 yds. Botox Bov is lookin' at new sticks also. You guys are just trying to keep up with the old daddy boy here. May the Force be with you.

Sandy McM- Hope the new ring around the collar matches the other body tattoos. I guess you( lady's of the day )could always start( on an outing ) at the tatoo parlor on an outing with Kathy. Just to make her fill at home. Kathy as info Sandy likes tatoos

Butterfinger McGee- I see you are hitting the wine early this morning 6:32 post or you dreaming. The Eagle boys had the Lion by the tail in the 60's. you need to go dig another hole in someones back yard today and have my money by Tuesdays tee time (NO IOU's). Tell Botox that is 7:48 AM not PM. I know he likes the nite life

Sounds to me like Brett just wanted everyone to beg him to come back and was disappointed when they did not so he kept changing his mind.  Kind of like when you get a divorce - you don't want the spouse but then when you find out they are going with someone else you do get a little jealous about being replaced.

cheezehead, what happens if he shows up at camp? He must be a flake, I'd tell him to take a hike.
Playing with Bay Watch Capps, the Botox Browning Kid, and Lurker Cold Cash Dagley next Tuesday. Do you think the trash talk and b.s. will be at a high level? I think us Zumwalt boys need to take those Boude Story chumps over our knees and spank em'.

The Brett Favre DILEMMA!

To anyone that wishes to understand.

Brett Favre retired...made a tearful announcement and filed his retirement papers with the NFL.

He then changed his mind...called the Packers who said come back...we'd be happy to take you back...only to have him retreat back into retirement two days later when he called the Packers and said...no I'm retiring.

At this point...the Packers took him at his word and started work on revamping the offensive to match the capabilities of Aaron Rodgers...Favre's replacement.

Then Favre called and stated he wanted to come back...the team again said alright...he then backed off again...

Well now he wants his release because the Packers said alright a second time but said they would not grant him the starting job...now he wants his release to go and play with any team.

The Packers said no for 2 main reasons. If they release him he could easily go to another Central Division Team and they do not want that...also the 2nd reason is that they would not receive any compensation for his signing with another team...and he is worth at least 2 second round draft picks and maybe much more...

The saga continues...some of us want him back...some of us do not like what he has done to the coach, team and Gm with this flip flopping

I'm sure more to come.

For all you computer experts out there.  Today I was doing a training module on line. When I got finished with one of them I was suppose to sign the certificate to get credit.  It would not allow me to sign my last name it would immediate go back to the previous screen.  After the third time of trying I decided I would  sign my first name only to see if it would go through.  Sure enough it did only when I hit print to print the certificate it started printing and didn't stop till I wiped out half a forest.  Printed a pretty blue sky with a light bulb in the middle of the page.  The light bulb was the narrator of the class.  Cute little light bulb with little white gloves and little white shoes with a big grin on his face and bright eyes.  What could I have done to abort this?
To top off today.  I don't ever wear costume jewelry, but today I decided to ware a little black necklace that Courtney talked me into buying at Target.  I've probably had it for six months.  Well guess what.  My neck turned black right above each collar bone.

BLB, thanks for the compliment, however, you must be thinking of my sister Pam.  She's the blonde and I am brunette.  That's okay, she'll love hearing your kind words.
Sandy McM, let me know when you gals will be out and about...I'd really enjoy lunch with ya'll.

Heard Brett's interview last night, and it broke my heart. The guy's in so much pain he could hardly put sentences together. He wants to play the game he loves, and here the Packers are treating him like a second-class citizen. I thought Packer fans had heart. Is that anyway to treat a 1st Class gentleman that gave you the best years of his life? Sorry J.D. if this upsets you, but Mr. Favre's a sweetheart!
My husband and I spent a terrific day visiting with the wonderful Smileys---my old neighbor Dale and my dear friend Yuvonne. What a great couple they are, and we could talk and laugh forever!
