Speaking of "lurking."  The infamous Gary Dagley was spotted last night by me at Los Lupes in Duncanville.  He was with 2 very handsome (and single and taller) young men identified as his sons.  Sandra Crowe, if Courtney doesn't have a boyfriend, she might want to check out these 2 young men.  One, Gary said was 30; I don't remember the age of the other.

Now, where is "streaker" Rick Watts?  I'm missing his witty remarks on the GB.  I hope that the cherry pit hasn't "chewed him up." Maybe Bovie and Rick are together at the pit.  Also, Bovie, liked the picture of you with your big fish.  Who woulda thought 40 years ago, you'd be holding such a big fish?

SNL -- Hope the continual move goes smoothly and stay hydrated.  It's back to being HOT.

Botox Browning, cute picture of you and your BIG fish. Are you going to mount it on the wall next to your membership picture at the Cherry Pit?

Memo To Bovie:

When having one's picture made with your latest fish catch, it is always a wise idea to wear a hat so there will be no mistaking who is who.

The pictures of the USS New York are impressive and inspiring.

That was a great photo and story about Dennis Bishop. It's great to see the success he has had.

I also loved the "big fish catch" photo of Bovie. He must have been standing right under it when it fell off the wall. Hey Bovie, what song does it sing?

Bovie - I just saw the photo SNL posted of your with that huge 'Bull Red' you landed near Galveston - great catch!  Also, major congrats on recovering that bright orange lure that you wore as a fishing cap - crude, but effective!

JD - The USS New York is a real beauty & so is the golden colored seal on the bow, "Never Forget".  I hope this ship will get an opportunity to return other recycled 9/11 scraps to the bad guys via 'air mail' (w/extreme prejudice).  Here's a coupla links for anyone else interested:

I recently came into possession of some  interesting photos of two of our classmates.  If you've ever wondered if Bovie is a real fisherman or just another pretty face,    check out the Misc Photo pg!!

Also, JD has been emailing with Dennis Bishop & he sent me a great article about him being Festival Director for the 2008 Lone Star International Film Festival.  Great article and picture.  Check out the Misc Photo pg for both pics.  Enjoy. . . !

Don & I continue to load up the Van and take stuff to the house each night.  The young strong movers come Sat to move the  furniture.  Thank goodness it's almost over & yesterday we got a break... it was only 92, didn't even hit 100!!  Tmo is last day our phos & DSL work here at apt.  Lines at new house are installed.  Hope to get all the phos & PCs hooked up by Sun.  Later you guys. . . .

I am always amazed with the fact that this class is 'connected'. I just sent out information via e-mail regarding the launching of the USS New York...a new ship that is designed to land 700 Marines anywhere in the world at a moments notice in defense of our country, our allies and or against any enemy that would threaten either. And you are reading the e-mail at a pace I just can't believe...very fast...if my comment is not clear.

The real kicker is that the bow section...for all you people not NAVY oriented...that is the front or the nose of the ship...was constructed of 24 tons of scrap steel from the World Trade Center of 9-11-01.

If I missed you and you did not get this e-mail..please accept my apologies...send me an e-mail and I will send the photos and information of this magnificent vessel. She is quite the beauty and will represent America in the finest traditions of the U.S. Navy and all the military branches of this great country.

God Bless America !
And God Bless the Men & Women that serve in our Military and guarantee our way of life !

H a p p y  B i t h d a y wishes go out to Sheryl “Where the heck are you?” Bunyard, today (what’s left of it)! You may not have hit the big “6-0” yet, but you’re close enough to be “pushing it”.  Seriously, we hope you had a great day & that we'll see you at the next mini!

Jack, don't let those old geezers fool you.  You ARE a man's man...(that is according to McGee.).  Babe, when you whipped off that belt and started swing it around, moving those hips I thought my heart was going to pop out of my chest (I was really afraid I was going to get hit).  The light hit those locks of your and you were grovin' like 1966.  Rugged, debonair, Jack.  Those ole geezers are just envious.  Glynda didn't marry no dud!
