Hail is so destructive!  Roof, gutters, painted surfaces, flowers and all the leaves on your trees!  Not to mention a car if it's out in it!

both of my cataract surgeries turned out great.  They were Wednesday and Thursday.  I have to wear special glasses for a few weeks until he sets the lenses.  It is strange to be able to see without my contacts.  Anyone need a couple of boxes of contacts?
Not a lot going   Once they totaled my car we got busy and found one I like.  I have just about always had red.  The Lexus people said they could get one the end of May.  The Mercedes people said 2 days and they are here by our house.  We got a new roof on the house in Kerrville.  I hate spending money on something I am selling.

Hope everyone is making plans to attend our Spring Mini on May 17th.  Life is fragile, especially at this age, don't pass up an opportunity to see a friend and have some laughs about old times.  Might be the last chance you have to see them!

Saturday, May 17th at the Hilton hotel on Campbell Rd @ Hwy 75.  Same place Same time.  2:00pm until about 5:30 and then we leave to go eat dinner somewhere.

Randall and I are planning to attend the Mini on 5/17 and hoping that no circumstances come up that will stop us.  

We are in good health- Praise God!  Recently traveled to North Carolina and up through Virginia to DC and toured the White House.  It was a great trip.

Hope to see others that can attend on 5/17!

I have posted the info for the Spring Mini on our Events page. It will be Saturday, May 17th, at the usual place, Hilton Hotel on Campbell Rd @ Hwy 75. Starts at 2:00pm. I usually get names of who all wants to go eat at about 5pm and we've been leaving around 5:45pm for dinner.

Considering the number of classmates we've lost recently, you probably should make a good effort to attend. May be last chance to visit with someone you want to see. [frown] Just saying . . . [rolleyes]

Well they are starting on our roof in Kerrville this weekend.  Should take about a week.  The insurance company called Tuesday and they have totaled my car.  We have been car hunting the last couple of days.  I will get my new car on Monday.  We had planned on waiting a while - oh well.
supposed to have cataract surgery yesterday and today.  Got up Tuesday with an eye infection.  Dr Brown postponed until he gets it cleared up.
i have a big fan blowing the dark cloud over my head away - or over Bobby’s head.
