Comments: Hi Guys-thanks for all the em's and prayers. Mom is home. The Dr. said that she has had a "mini-stroke". We don't know when. We don't know what made her pass out yet. All tests at this point are coming up ok. Main concern right now is with the place she lives. She pressed her emergency button & they did not respond  When she finally got to a neighbors house & a nurse came up the nurse said it was not life or death and did not call 911. I took her to the emergency room. Fortunately, working for the FD has its perks & I got in the back door quickly!We are now in the process of straightening this out - because you can imagine with me soft spoken personality what it did  .

Now please take that jackhammer away from Bovie . . . he might hurt himself!   KRL & BLB, how are your Moms doing?? Give us an update when you can. Will continue to pray for a speedy recovery. Been a rough week . . . traveling ain't fun no more! Been working long hours just to barely keep up. Seems a lot of companies are experiencing an increase in their bad debt! I'm really swamped!!
Comments: I talked with Bovie today and Charlene's mother is not expected to live much longer. I know it would be alright with him to share this info. so we can pray along with them. Sandy McGee you make me laugh!
Comments: Thanks to all for your condolences and emails regarding the passing of my cousin Brenda Melton Meadows. It is indeed sorrowful to lose two cousins that I lived only two streets over from as we grew up in Oak Cliff, in such a short time. Brenda had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer this year and was being treated for it when her sister Debbie passed away in July. We had hopes the treatments would be successful but it was too aggressive. And yes she did have the voice of an angel so I have no doubt she is bringing joy to all in heaven now. Karen RL and BLB, I sincerely hope both your moms recover fully as soon as possible. And I know we all are thankful that Mr. McGee is doing so well and back to his ornery self again. We have a great group here and I am proud to be part of it.
