Comments: SNL -- loved the pics of the SOC '66 girls night out. Looks like ya'll are having lots of fun. Good to see all the smiling faces.
Comments: Got the GNO pics posted. Go to GNO pg & will be the 1st album. My bro & his wife are coming over for dinner, so headed to the kithchen for the last minute touches. Ya'll have a good evening & I guarantee, the GNO was every bit as fun as the pics indicate! We really had a good time!
Comments: Mr. Capps, would you please relay to Mr. Butterfingers the only good (?) I see in this is that we don't have to worry about signing the "Do Not Recessitate" form anymore if "Mr" Oboma has his way. It IS a very serious matter!
Comments: Words of wisdom from Butterfingers Government Health Care-Government Health Care Insurance is that kind of insurance you don't need a job to have, so if you have a job, you don't need it. All courtesy of that articulate black guy Government spending-And then He's going to solve the problem of overspending in the past by really overspending Over the hill gang (over 59): I hope all have been in tune to the Government health care plan. As more and more of this plan unveils it's ugly head we see why it was a rush to pass it thru before the public had a chance to see what they were buying. Not much of a plan if you are over 59 or retarded, down syndrome etc. Kinda like that plan of Germany in the 30's and 40's. We have some real morons running this country and I have seen change and I don' like it
Comments: Congratulations Ronney on your daughter's graduation. I know how proud of her you must be. I'm glad that she found a job; and you will too, and it will be just the right job for you. Hang in there! Tonight we ate at Bolsa, a relatively new restaurant in the Bishop Arts District. The restaurant was "packed," loud, and the food delicious. The noise got to be a little much, but it is a good people-watching place, and I'm so glad there is another good restaurant in our part of town. We don't have to drive across the river to have a good meal.
Comments: JS, I think you are in (excuse my language, fellow Socites) deep dodo! Smiley, you are excused (probably not for long). That would be severe punishment to put you in the same corner with JS. JS, I am tired of working six and seven days a week, because hands have to be held. My headlights are bright but my engine is missing.
Comments: Sandra MC, Please, please don't put John in the same corner you have me in. I'll be good. And if the hired assassin needs a place to stay while in The Woodlands, we have lots of room.
Comments: Now McMakin is complainin' about maybe having to go to work. Fellow brothers of the Class of '66, let us examine where we went wrong so long ago: 1. We allowed them to Vote 2. Next we let them get behind the steering wheel 3. Then we weakly smiled as they entered the work force and took our jobs Guys, we have only ourselves to blame. We need to collectively get together and study the example set by the men of Afghanistan. Now they know how to treat their cattle ... I mean "women".
Comments: Next time we can draw three different numbers for chairs that are numbered and change every time we have a different course, that way we can get to visit with everyone. I was really glad you were there Earlene and I look forward to visiting with you again. All you other gals too! Hope everyone has a great weekend, I am hoping I don't have to work!
Comments: I had a great time last nite at the GNO!!! It was so great to see everyone. Hopefully, I'll be able to make most of the get-togethers now -- since I'm officially "retired"! I think I'm gonna like it!
Comments: Glad GNO fell on a week night - no 'flaming effigies' left on anyone's porch!
Comments: After three days off from work, I had a lot of catching up to do this morning but I wanted to say how much fun we had last night and I'm so glad that so many were able to make it. Thanks again, McMakin, for the hilarious cards. Thanks for the "good" twin votes but I have to say that it's Shortcake's mischievous side that makes her the crazy but lovable twin.
Comments: I'm not even going to speculate what you gals got into last night. Hey, Pool Guy, I know you are back digging holes today. You have to pay for taking yesterday morning off, but I am wondering who took all the lunch money yesterday. Is the Kid going to have to do more sprinkler work to pay off his indebtedness?? Did Buddy win his boat back?? Did you guys compare drivers??
Comments: I had a great time last night. Earlene, sorry we didn't get to visit. How are you enjoying retirement? Kathy, remember me when you open that b&b....I'll be your best customer!! Sandy Mc, I like your way and time of thinking!! SNL, the third round of chips was ordered before I got there!
Comments: Snap outta it McMakin, you're sufferin' frm a Mexican hangover!! |
