JD, I wouldn't say you're politically incorrect on this one...just "plain" incorrect. Since the CID and FBI have yet to complete an investigation on this, I'm going to assume the guy's just nuts.  I'll also assume some will use this to stoke the fires of bigotry and more battles between diverse religious groups.  You're off to a good start.

In the meantime, I would imagine there's a number of families & friends at Hood going through some real pain today.

Happy BD Yuvonne...hope Mr. Smiley understands that this is your day...not his...

I hope and pray that no one from this class or any of our classes have a son or daughter that is part of the mess at Fort Hood. As some have expressed the politically correct approach...I do not. This soldier...well not sure he really is one...but this Muslim attacked our soldiers at Fort Hood yesterday and made this an act of terror when he shouted "'Allahu Akbar" as he started shooting...translation...the same declaration made by all of the suicide bombers just before they pull the trigger..."Allah (God) is Great".

Most liberals are claiming they are not ready to call this a terrorist attack. Well to those "PROGRESSIVES" as they like to be called...what would they call a guy from Mississippi if he had done the same thing wearing a Jesus T-shirt. I bet they would claim he was a right wing extremest and therefore a terrorist from the other side of Timothy McVeigh.

Because we all know that southern men and women who where Jesus on their shirts or clothes are right wing extremists...

Have a great day...and pray for the families of those killed and wounded at Fort Hood. Thank you!

Don't tell Yuvonne but I got her a new bottle of Tink's #9 Doe estrus for the deer stand and a new, really sharp, Buck skinning knife. I had already put new blades on the sausage grinder but that was part of her birthday present, too.

H a p p y  B i t h d a y !!! wishes go out to Yuvonne Fox Smiley, for 11/6 (in about another hr.)!  Yuvonne, hope you’ll kick back out there on the ranch & let old  DW “what’s his face” treat you to curb service all day long.  That doesn’t mean just burger & fries, although we’re sure he’ll say, “Give her the biggest slurpee you have – money’s no object!”  We all hope you have a terrific birthday celebration & please remember – let him wear that antler hat & walk point well ahead of you out there in bubba country - best wishes!
