Comments: Sam -- You gave me a good laugh -- I kiss my cats, too, but usually I'm not drinking any wine. Yesterday, went to see my 87 yr. old aunt with my girls and 1 grandkid in Plano. There were 4 generations of us there. I just hope that I'm as alert and in as good physical shape as my aunt. A couple of months ago, she won 1st place in a dance contest at her Assisted Living home, and she showed us her "moves" yesterday. She's planning on "kicking up her heels" tonight. We are going out to an early dinner with friends and then maybe a movie or Scrabble. It depends on how tired we are what we do; might even be in bed by 10 pm. Who knows.

WATCH A GOOD MOVIE,DRINK MORE WINE. SNACK ON FRIDAY'S BUFFALO WINGS, POTATOE SKINS, CHEESE STICKS WITH MORE WINE. TOAST IN THE NEW YEAR WITH A GLASS OF WINE. KISS MY CAT, PUT SARAH OUTSIDE AND STAGGER INTO THE BEDROOM.

Comments: Why Sandy Mc, what makes you think I am even capable of road rage?? Mr IRS agent, my business was VERY slow this year. It was more like a hobby than a business. I never won any money to offset my considerable losses to Butterfingers McGee and Budman Capps. Is there a law that they don't have to show me the scorecard before collecting my money? They told me there is. Can I deduct the money I sent to Don Fugate in New Mexico for a "proxie game" where I lost to him?? Are proxie games legal?

Comments: Mr. McGee...glad to hear you had a good year. Please be careful when completing your declaration forms for taxes, this year we are looking at everything so we can help Mr. Obama continue to take those special date trips to NY and the Apology Tours around the world. Be especially careful when reporting your golf winnings...there are no expenses to deduct on that income and by my calculations those winnings will place you into a higher bracket...that means 40% more taxes owed than last year. See you in January unless you choose to report quarterly...the tax man-Midwest Office!!!
Comments: Happy New Year to everyone. I wish good health and prosperity to all in this difficult economic time. Surprisingly, I've had a good year in the pool business. I assume perfecting the art of cheating on the golf course has increased my bottom line. Taking $2.00 from your best friends, you gotta love it!
Comments: Sandy, the house is GREAT...we finally got moved!! Hope to never move during the Christmas holiday again though, the holiday kind of past before our eyes, a lot of work !!!   Christmas day was spent with family, so, yes, Christmas was a good day !! Hope all my 66 friends have a safe & happy NEW YEAR !!!  
Comments: Dearest Ms. Mc, Please allow me to enlighten you about highway driving. Many drivers (mostly those who do not regularly drive the highways) have no idea that the "rules" and etiquette and quiet different than city driving. There are, generally, three types of highway drivers. Good Drivers drive in the right or center lane(if there are 3 lanes), maintain a speed, pull into the left (passing lane) only to pass and then return to the right lane. Maniacs drive at high rates of speed, weave in and out of traffic, tailgate and drive without regard to their and others safety. Idiots, generally, drive as if they are afraid to be on the road. They drive in the left lane always, forcing others to pass them on the right, drive slower than other traffic, often don't know where they are or where they are going, don't pay attention to road or warning signs, wait until the last minute to exit the road or merge into a single lane and are a hazard to navigation.
Comments: Hey Sheryl - Did you get moved into your new house? I think you were closing just B4 Christmas. How exciting, but a lot of work!! Sue & Mike also moved just B4 Christmas. They were cleaning up the apt & returning keys on 12-24. They moved frm Plano to Dls. Sue'a em stayed the same but everything else changed. I have new info.
Comments: Buddy, I still visualize Coach Hitt & Coach Ground as still young and handsome. I must let my sister know of the pictures as Coach Hitt was one of her favorites! Thanks for the info ! Sheryl 
Comments: Alas, it was too warm for anything to stick! It started snowing about 4:00 & continued until well after dark, but temps were in upper 30s & low 40s. Just a wet soggy day.
Comments: SNL, we got snow over here starting about 3:00 p.m. It's still coming down, but not as heavy as what we got last week and it probably won't stick. We just got back from dinner ... perfect weather for Mexican food! |
