The Botox Boy and Tin Cup Capps are camped out at Twin Creeks waiting on me. Inform No.1 son to bring a Safeway grocery sack, as he will want to hide when I'm finished with him. His 15 minutes of fame await him.

Comments: SNL 10-23 is good for us. The "keeper of the calendar" said we have that weekend free. We made it a grand-ones weekend. Casey and Kathryn spent the night Friday night since HP Varsity had a by week. Jeff said it was the first time in 2 years he slept until 9:00. Went to McKinney today to watch America's favorite team with Garrett and Hailey. Typical outcome. Our son Brian called the score 28-20 "Da Bears" before the game started. Garrett got bored and played with his Lego set. Hailey and Nana painted their nails. Pop and Son fell asleep on the couch. Mom has been accepted into the Hospice program. The nursing home doctor decided it was time 5 years an $300,000 later. Would appreciate your prayers for mom. Looking forward to seeing all again next month. Sam

Comments: Just been catchin' up on emails (36 more to go then I'll be done) and the GB. Richard, your granddaughter is a beauty! I just returned from your beautiful state. I don't blame you for not returning to Texas. I was temped to stay!myself. Weather was wonderful. The wild turkeys and gray squirrels...can't beat 'em. My daughter is due the first week of November. Hopefully I will be back in Nov or Dec. Two prayer request: 1.For my pregnant daughter, Ashley, she called yesterday, just left the specialist that diagnosed her with diabetes. She says she's not worried (does this mean she's worried?) 2. Gene Kribbs oldest daughter, Barbara's husband is at the VA and diagnosed with a mass in his lungs, liver, kidney and renal gland, cancer. They are going to Baylor for a second opinion. Wonderful Christian couple. Curly served in Vietnam, Dallas Police Helicopter Division until he retired. Barbara graduated a few years before us. Vernon, Linda, Betty Gibbs, me and maybe a few others were in a Sunday School class together. Pray for peace and grace for Curly and Barbara (Ross) and their family.

Comments: Richard, I agree with JD that Emmerson does favor you. She is a beautiful baby and you are no doubt very proud. Wish we could join the dinner with the Fugates tonight but Mike has to work and I have a baby sitting assignment. Donnie and Barb, if I don't see you before the BMF golf tourney next month, I will definitely see you there. Barb, we need to plan some mischief sometime soon when Donnie is out of town.
