Place: Garland Comments: Ok so here is the thing - I will be having knee on my left knee on April 8th in Winnsboro. Don't know if I will be able to make the mini or know......hopefully I will. I will have my first dr.'s visit on the day of the mini so I will just have to wait and see. So that is what is happening right now.
Place: Richardson Comments: Sandy Joe, that's good advice as well. So what you're saying is, I better collect that SOC Reunion Fund donation from Bovie Quickly!!
Place: windy backyards Comments: Ms. SNL, sound advice. Anyone holding IOU's from Botox Browning and Tin Cup Caps would be advised to cash them in ASAP. Their golf game is so ugly, they must be at level 4 of something. Such a loss, but most of us didn't like them any way.
Place: Somber thoughts Comments: I don't like to post sad or depressing notes, but I was doing some Reunion work this past weekend & came across a shocking number! The number is 16. That is the number of classmates who have passed away since our 40th Reunion!! At our 40th we had 45 names listed . . . currently we have 61. If there's someone you really want to see & visit with, you might want to make a point of being at the mini on 4-16 and the Reunion on 9-30 & 10-1. Wait too long and it may be too late! Just a little something to keep in mind!
Place: Garland USA Comments: Happy belated birthday wishes to Robert! Hope it was a great one.
Place: Allen, TX Comments: Toni the Snake Charmer, I saw that bit about Alvin Rogers getting married, too. Glad he made the big jump back into married life.
Place: Allen, Texas Comments: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ROBERT!!!!
Place: Richardson Comments: Oh, I was confused! duh! So this is the last step to seal the deal on them becoming a permanent family!! Those boys are lucky, they are getting a great family with lots of caring friends & family!
Place: Sachse Comments: Just two adopted grandsons, Eli (5 1/2) and Gabriel (3). Sharon and Jeff have had them for over 6 months but the final court decree on Wednesday makes it official and permanent.
Place: Richardson Comments: So Mike's dtr & her hsbd have two boys & are adopting a 3rd? How wonderful!! It will be a great celebration Karen. Ya'll enjoy & you can tell us about it Thurs nite!
Place: Sachse Comments: Happy Birthday Robert and many more! Toni, maybe many are busy planting and gardening. I really love this time of year because the temps are great and seeing the trees and flowers blooming is so beautiful. Going to Houston tomorrow for a couple of days for our adopted grandsons last court date to finalize their adoption, and the party with family afterwards. Eli and Gabriel are very excited as are the parents, Mike's daughter Sharon and her husband Jeff.
Place: 66erville Comments: Happy Anniversary to Don & Kathy and Ronney & Connie!! Happy Birthday to Gordy and Robert, with wishes for many more on all counts!!!
Place: FW Comments: Happy Birthday, Robert!
Place: Richardson Comments: Happy B-day Robert!!! Hoe there was some sunshine up there & you had a good one! 3-20 was also my sis-n-law's B-day. Pam was 60 & her long-time grp of girlfriends had a B-day luncheon for at Magiano's at NP. It was a great girl party & we spent several hrs there, then back to her house for a family B-day. I was gone most all day. I'm so glad it's Spring!!! The trees are blooming & leaves are sprouting. Daffodils abound!
Place: LV, TX Comments: BELATED H a p p y B i r t h d a y !!! wishes go out to Robert Norman, our class senior citizen, on 3/20! Robert – Any signs of a spring thaw up there in CO yet? Best wishes & many happy returns! |
