News reports included the induction of a new winner of the 'Darwin Award' for standing on the beach of N. Cal. or S. Or. to photograph the incoming tsunami.

He was apparently swept out to sea when the waves retreated & hasn't been seen since, so we may never get to see that incredible last photo.

Richard / Mike - You guys stay high, dry & safe - well, at least the last 2 - seriously.

With the tsunami of propaganda I get from Jack in my email, I hardly noticed the ocean rising.

Hi Larry Don!!  Always glad to see you here.   I would think Hawaii would get higher waves & have more problems than the W Coast.

We'll have to see if Richard gets washed out to sea this afternoon.  Isn't he usually sipping a martini or some other cool drink seaside by Fri afternoon!!!???

I talked with my brother this morning. He lives on the Oregon coast. He is about 200 yards from the Pacific Ocean, high on a hill. The only thing he sees is that the water is very muddy and icky, not the way it usually is. Waves are about the same as normal and all is well.

I saw noon news & Japan has been devastated!  Hit by 8.9 earthquake, then several big Tsunami waves.  Recently a 6.2 earthquake hit, not an after shock, ano earthquake!  Several smaller Tsunami waves have already hit upper CA coast & there's warnings for Washington state.  I'm gonna watch the 5:30 national news & see what's took place since noon.  Richard, Mike Dunn, Rod - Let us know what's happening in your state.  Hope you are safe!!

Richard, my Emails to Dale have been coming back 'cause his in box is full. I suspect that he and Y are at their ranch. Don't think he has the ability to connect there. When they get back to Houston he'll pop back up, I'm sure. I don't know how many cylinders KMD has.

I went to Scarbrough Fair. I didn't see any of that stuff, just some people who didn't speak English very well and dressed funny. The ale wasn't bad. Seemed like everybody wanted me to buy something. Kinda like the Women's building at the state fair.

Richard, just in case that went over your head, "Are you going to Scarborough Fair...parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme..."
